They reidentified my camry to a different style at 5000 mile checkup. Later I had a wreck which caused wrong parts to be placed on my car. After the recall that needed replacing of the fuel gas line, my car turned into an 8 speed . The cars computer was no good. I spent many days on side of road broke down. I later got rid of car. But, my major questions is Classical Toyota of He season or Toyota of Henderson doing their business laws right. There is a dba company called Toyota of henderson at their old location. I can not find Toyota of henderson on list to perform inspections checks consistently. There name was changed in 2021āish to classic Toyota of Hendersonās, but service department name is Toyota of henderson as if it sits on raleigh road . Their business entity from a business correct model is sketchy. Look them up at Secretary of State in nc.
I bought this truck back in November last year. There interest rate was 8.9 even though I have an excellent credit rating. They also sucker me into thinking I need this extra care tech policy and said it could be cancelled at any time. It was gone only cost me $18 Dollars a month extra. That added $2850 to my loan and that was only good for five years. I had the truck financed for 7 years. So I decided to cancel that and have it taken off my loan a week later. It took them 4 months to do it. Then when I go to my bank this morning to have it refinanced I had to stay on the phone with TD bank for over 2 hours just to get them to fax to my bank a 20 day pay off amount because they did not know what they were doing. That's when I also found out I had been driving around with no insurance for the past 4 months because they did not set it up. These people are crooks and scammers. Will not ever do business again.
I came in to your service department on 2/8/24 for a diagnose on a Check engine light. I was told that the charge to diagnose would be around 150.00 I agreed and waited in the waiting area for a span of time. The mechanic came out and met with me and assured me that i had a bad Bank 1 sensor and for additional fees they said they would finish the repair. I asked what brand sensor to install if i wanted to fix it myself to try to save on labor cost . the mechanic said they use Denso on Toyota repairs and assured me that i should be fine installing a Denso. (This was a two bolt plug and go job). I paid and lift. I was ok after installing the Denso for about two trips Then the LIGHT CAME BACK ON . I called the service department at Henderson Toyota and asked for the service manager to call me back. He returned my call around an hour later and i attempted to explain to him that my light had came back on and there was still an issue. And i felt that His shop had diagnosed my truck incorrect and at least owed me a free second diagnose He told me that Toyota was not responsible because i chose to install my self and use a aftermarket part. He started getting loud with me and did not want to here what i had to say i asked him not to curse and he accused me of cursing my self which i do not do. Then he said that i could come up on 2/13/24 first thing in the morning and we would see how things go he said it could problem be a bad part that i bought. After getting off the phone i no longer trusted that i would be handled Fairley so i took mt truck to a Shop in oxford on 2/14/24 Where they diagnosed my truck with a bad Mass Air Flow sensor I paid them and i am now fully repaired. This should have been seen by Toyota of Henderson when they done the first diagnose Not Very Happy with Toyota of Henderson. Purchased new car and paid extra for the Henderson Value Package which included wheel locks. Tried to get wheel locks installed and was told that wheel locks could not be installed on the type of rims we have. I requested that the price of the wheel locks be refunded. As of this date, the Dealership will not make the refund and continues to state they will install the wheel locks which is physically impossible. Very disappointing.
Service manager is rude and arrogant. Doesnāt care about customers needs. Real xxxxxxx and coward. Asked me outside to fight then said heād have me arrested. What a xxxxx.
Service department did not fix my car properly. I brought it back because the horn would not work. The service manager billy lewis argued with me that the problem was a bad ground wire and not their responsibility. It old him the car was brought in because the horn was actually blowing. They removed my alarm system as I approved, but left me with a vehicle that will not pass inspection. The service manager was argumentative and refused to fix it. The dealership manager on duty deferred to the service manager. They are not customer friendly. My previous dealings with old management involved replacing parts that were not broken, for which I paid hundreds of unnecessary dollars. Avoid this dealership
I would go less stars, unfortunately I cannot. We purchased my wife's Highlander from this dealer. No problems with the purchase, other than the normal pain in the xxx, pushy salesman. We had the vehicle serviced a couple of times in the service department. This is where it turns dark and crooked. With an appointment I take the vehicle in for a normal oil/filter, rotate, balance and alignment service. They come to me an hour into the service telling me I need tires. I tell the service manager to complete the service scheduled for and nothing else. We had just put tires on it 3 weeks prior. I ask them why is it taking so long, I was informed they were backed up, this is almost noon now. This is an 8:00 am appointment. Backed up, really? I wait a little longer, maybe 30 minutes, I look in the service bay and there sits my 55+k (4 months old) on the lift, 10 feet from the door, and there are 6 people standing at the passenger side front wheel area looking. One of the service mechanics, is literally taking a rubber mallet and beating on my quarter panel. They dropped my vehicle off the lift. I confronted the service manager, she admitted to what happen. Was told to set up an appointment with their body shop. Wait, what? You screwed up my vehicle and you want me to deal with the logistics. This thing went to their body shop, was there for 3 weeks, oh yeah by the way, no loaner for their screw up. Got the vehicle back, no good, looked exactly the same. I then took it to an independent body shop of my choice. 3800 dollars later, it looks as should. Crooks...run away fast!
Bought the brand new 1794 tundra come to find out it was on consignment from another dealership. That was 45 days ago and now my 30 day tags run out so now I have a $75,000 piece of yard art. And they will not even return my phone calls.
So this dealer sees fit to tell you that you need new brakes and other unnecessary work that you really do not need, which is fraud. I took my Tacoma there for an oil and filter change and was told I needed new brakes and a new battery. I did not authorize any work on the brakes or battery as I had a "feeling" they were padding my bill. The next day I went to Firestone in Wake Forest, NC and had them check my brakes and battery and I was told that I did not need new brakes or a battery. The brake pads have more than half the padding surface and all testing on the battery indicated it was within specs. So, unless you really enjoy paying for things that you do not need, I would NOT go to Classic Toyota in Henderson, NC.
i leased another tacoma from classic in Henderson. this was on the 137h of Feb. they cant seem to get the vehicle registration correct. was told by Andrew he would look into the issue & get back to me, which never happened!! it is the 23rd of March & still no registration. this is my 2nd vehicle, there will not be a 3rd. i have to say, Judy attempted to assist with the issue. there was some issue with the dmv, the paper work was returned to dealership, noone bothered to advise me, i did all the follow up & had the necessary form faxed to the dmv, still no registration. i have spent my last $ at this dealership.

This is the only place you should buy a car from. We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Riley, Brad, George, and Hunter. Words probably couldn't describe how incredibly perfect and memorable this experience was. The entire team will work hard to find the best fit for you. Not to mention they do it in about a quarter of the time that any other dealership I've been to has. The lifetime powertrain warranty (for vehicles up to 5 years old and under 80k miles)included by the owner is reason enough to buy here. Where can you buy a used vehicle with a lifetime warranty? Absolutely perfect experience and lifelong customers.
Discovered them on TrueCar attempting to find out about a 2005 Cadillac Deville. We drove the next day (~6 hours total drive) to look at it. Test drove it and saw the check engine and tire pressure warning on. This was not told to us on the phone. He said the mechanics can't figure out what's wrong. Talked to another man who said they can't get us a warranty. We told them we wanted a warranty before we even got there. Tried to discount the car if we took it as-is. With the discount, around a total of $8300. We are a family of 3 but only two of us could go that day so we left to talk to the other member of the family. They gave us some paperwork and we said we'd call them soon. Called them 1-2 days later and asked about the engine. Mechanics still can't figure it out. As there is a Cadillac dealership down the road we asked if they could take it there before we purchased it. They agreed to do so. They then tried to say that the check engine light wasn't there until right before we arrived. Confirmed this was a lie because on TrueCar the check engine light was on in an interior photo. Told the salesman who then got us to talked to the second man we talked to that day. Been a couple days and they haven't called back. Went to the website and the car was removed from TrueCar. CarGuru, and the dealership website. They didn't inform us.
disappointed to find a scratch in the paint and a blemish on one of the wheels after having the vehicle serviced at Classic Toyota Henderson - I would not have come there for service if I had expected that to happen - it's not so likely I will return
It's not fair to the customer to just type whatever on their service statement! It makes u have dealts about what u were told they did!
Our sales rep was amazing we loved Courtney. It was the finance department. Lied to us on prices. Added many fees they said wouldnāt be there. Lied about it being a better deal to finance the vehicle instead of buying when we originally went in to buy. Because my husband and I are young, when we looked over the contract they said we didnāt know what we were talking about. Honestly we will never be buying anything from this dealership ever again. Basically screwed us out of a lot of money.
i just purchased a new suv at Henderson Toyota and everything was as expected with the usual dealership annoyances (although the sales person I was with, Edwin, was amazing.) The one thing to watch out for is that on every car and truck they sell they add completely useless dealer extras and try to charge just ridiculous money for them. First, they charge $99 for nitrogen filled tires. This item is worth less than $1 at best. Second, they charge $199 or more for āhand painted pin stripes.ā This costs the dealer around $15 per car yet they try to charge you hundreds. Not only are these items ridiculously priced, but they do them to every car on their lot, therefore not giving the customer a choice. While everything else in my experience was OK, I wonāt be going back there again because I donāt fully trust any dealership that tries to force customers to buy useless and expensive extras. If you do go to this place, subtract those from the price upfront, then get 10%-11% off (or more for other vehicles). Or better yet, go to a place that doesnāt try to force customers to buy these useless items.
I clearly asked repeatedly and I only authorized one credit pull after purchase multiple credit pulls They only care about selling a vehicle they do not care about your credit and how they ruin it
The dealership was very fast. Even though I was a little late on my arrival. Also they give a discount to match the phone quoted price

We were travelling a long distance on vacation when our older model vehicle had a problem which worried us considerably. We stopped at Hendersonās where the helpful service assistant immediately looked at the problem, identified it as minor, and crafted a temporary solution which allowed us to continue on our way. His reassurance and thoughtfulness were most appreciated at a stressful moment. When we asked for the bill - he declined payment. This dealership is a jewel in the Toyota crown.
Our overall expirence at Henderson Toyota was good. The price was fair; friendly salesman; best of all, iis the lifetime warranty on the drive train.... Loving our vehicle
Drove nearly 2 hours in the snow to look at and likely buy a vehicle. We told the dealership we would be there by 4. We were ahead of schedule. At around 3:15 we received a call from the salesman telling us the car may be sold but he would call us back in 10 minutes. Sure enough about 10 minutes later he called and told us the deal fell through and the buyer was leaving. We continued there. Upon our arrival the salesman tells us the vehicle just sold. We came to find out that we were lied to over the phone and the buyer never left. According to the salesman, the manager told him to tell us that, as he was sure if he got us there he would be able to sell us a vehicle. So, 5 hours later we are home again...but hey, we got a free tank of gas! Never again!!!
