I came in to your service department on 2/8/24 for a diagnose on a Check engine light. I was told that the charge to diagnose would be around 150.00 I agreed and waited in the waiting area for a span of time. Purchased new car and paid extra for the Henderson Value Package which included wheel locks. Tried to get wheel locks installed and was told that wheel locks could not be installed on the type of rims we have. I requested that the price of the wheel locks be refunded. As of this date, the Dealership will not make the refund and continues to state they will install the wheel locks which is physically impossible. Very disappointing.

Our sales rep was amazing we loved Courtney. It was the finance department. Lied to us on prices. Added many fees they said wouldn’t be there. Lied about it being a better deal to finance the vehicle instead of buying when we originally went in to buy. Because my husband and I are young, when we looked over the contract they said we didn’t know what we were talking about. Honestly we will never be buying anything from this dealership ever again. i just purchased a new suv at Henderson Toyota and everything was as expected with the usual dealership annoyances (although the sales person I was with, Edwin, was amazing.) The one thing to watch out for is that on every car and truck they sell they add completely useless dealer extras and try to charge just ridiculous money for them. We were travelling a long distance on vacation when our older model vehicle had a problem which worried us considerably. We stopped at Henderson’s where the helpful service assistant immediately looked at the problem, identified it as minor, and crafted a temporary solution which allowed us to continue on our way. We have purchased several vehicles from Toyota of Henderson. From 2001 to the present, 5 Camrys, 1 yaris, 1 Tacoma and now a Prius. Prior to these, we had 1 Camry and 1 1978 Toyota pickup. They hid my car and had to "find" my keys when I asked to leave. Then took my registration out of my glove box with out my knowledge. Then called me to tell me I had to drive back 45 min to pick it up. Then hung up on me twice when I complained. The man I dealt with came across as very condescending and chauvinist. Came in looking to purchase a Corolla for my daughter and found Scott. Scott did a wonderful job getting me to the point of purchasing. Was a little unsure of the price and that's when Alex came in and what a nightmare that was.
